Light Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. warmed milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Prewarm oven at 250\u00b0 for 5 minutes and then turn off.
