Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 to 2/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. tarragon or oregano
1 clove mixed garlic
1/2 tsp. each: salt, sugar and pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (14 oz.) basket mushrooms
Preparation

Clean and slice mushrooms.
Combine ingredients and pour over mushrooms.
Marinate at least overnight, mixing occasionally.
