Easy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Bring sugar, milk, butter and salt to
    boil. Stir continuously for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate, nuts and vanilla.
    Stir until chips are melted.
    Pour into buttered pan. Chill until firm; cut in squares.
