Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen rhubarb
1 pkg. frozen pie cherries
2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cook rhubarb and cherries with 2 cups of sugar until rhubarb is falling apart.
Add the dry jello and chill.
Add nuts after mixture is chilled.
This salad is very tart and nippy and will not completely set.
Excellent for ice cream topping or cake.
