Apple-Acorn Squash(5 Grams Sodium Per Serving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small acorn squash, halved and seeded
    1 c. canned applesauce
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving:
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Lightly oil large baking dish.
    Place squash, cut side down, in baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes; turn right side up.
