Cincinnati Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
3 medium onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, broken up into pieces
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
shredded Cheddar cheese (if desired)
Preparation

Cook and brown meat and half of the onions until tender. Drain excess grease.
Stir in chili powder, salt, remaining onions, kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese, if desired. Excellent chili, not too spicy!
