Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tuna
1/2 can peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
5 sq. crushed crackers
Preparation

Thaw one 12 to 25 pound turkey in refrigerator 3 days before. The day before, start turkey before supper.
Place 40 pounds of charcoal in lowest pan of smoker; put water in middle pan and always keep both charcoal and water full.
Put turkey on top rack. Add hickory chips to charcoal all during cooking time.
Should be done next day between noon and dinner.
