Homemade Egg Substitute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Beat egg whites lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend well together.
    Makes 4 quarter cup servings.
    Can be stored in refrigerator for one week if eggs are fresh.
    After this it can be frozen.
