Orange Chicken With Toasted Almonds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast filets or 8 split chicken breasts
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (12 oz.) can water
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 c. dry sherry (optional)
Preparation

Season chicken.
In two frying pans brown breasts in butter or margarine on both sides over medium heat.
Transfer all chicken to one pan.
