Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole wheat flour tortillas, cut in strips
1 medium can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. mild salsa
3/4 lb. lean ground meat, browned
1 1/2 to 2 c. cheese, grated
black olives
1 c. whole kernel corn
Preparation

Grease bottom of casserole; spread half of tortillas, half of meat, half of grated cheese, half of olives and half of corn. Pour half of tomato sauce and salsa, that has been mixed.
Layer rest of tortillas, meat, cheese, olives and corn.
Top with sauce. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
