Lasagne Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lasagne noodles
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. part skim Ricotta cheese
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Mozzarella cheese (for topping)
    2 c. light spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Rinse under cold water and drain again.
    Set aside.
    Squeeze out as much moisture from spinach as possible.
    Stir together spinach, 3/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
