Mom'S Carrot Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 large carrots
    6 medium potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    corn tortillas
    lettuce
    garlic salt
    hot sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain grease.
    Add onion and tomato sauce.
    Cook until onion is done.
    Cook carrots and potatoes in a medium saucepan until done.
    Drain and mash the carrots and potatoes; add to ground beef mixture.
    Stir.
    Serve on tortillas with lettuce, garlic salt and hot sauce.
    Serves about 6.
