Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    6 c. milk
Preparation
    Wash, peel and dice potatoes, onion and celery.
    Add just enough water to cover vegetables.
    Cook until they're barely soft enough to pierce with a fork.
