Suis' Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1/4 c. butter, softened
 
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. corn meal
juice of 1 lemon or 1/3 c. lemon juice
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
- 
                            Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
 
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add corn meal and lemon juice.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until pie is firm.
