Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 medium cabbage, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine sugar, vinegar and lemon juice.
Shake to dissolve sugar.
Add salt and pepper; shake.
Add milk, mayonnaise and buttermilk; mix thoroughly.
Pour over cabbage and carrot.
Chill at least 1 hour.
