Chicken Vegetable Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of potato soup
1 1/2 c. milk
3 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lb. frozen cauliflower, carrot and broccoli mix
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation

Combine soup, milk, chicken, 1/2 cup cheese and vegetables. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with remaining cheese and the onion rings.
Bake 3 to 5 minutes until the onion rings are brown.
