Croatian Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/3 c. lukewarm water
    1 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    melted butter
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt in bowl.
    Moisten with egg, shortening and warm water.
    Knead on board for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Set aside for half an hour.
    Cover table with cloth dust with flour.
    Stretch dough until thin.
    Add filling, 2 pounds apples, sliced thin. Spread over dough.
    Add bread crumbs all over apples, then add sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Dot with butter.
    Roll up and bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
