Potato-Date Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. light cream
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat sweet potatoes; mash while hot.
    Add cream, cinnamon, salt, dates and butter.
    Mix well and turn into a buttered 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
