Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender.
Cover container and blend well on low speed for about 3 minutes.
Pour into greased 9-inch pan.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Then sprinkle with coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool and, if desired, sprinkle with nutmeg.
This pie makes its own crust.
