Chicken Liver And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bacon slices, cut up
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 (12 or 16 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.
    In hot skillet drippings, cook chicken livers until browned, about 5 minutes, turning once.
    Arrange bacon and chicken livers in 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole.
    Pour undiluted onion soup over liver mixture.
