Dressing Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves day old bread
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. each celery and onions, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    enough boiling chicken or turkey broth to moisten mixture
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces; put in large shallow pan with margarine on top in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Stir as needed until browned lightly.
    Remove from oven; add onion, parsley, celery, salt and pepper.
    Stir beaten eggs into browned bread.
    Pour broth over bread mixture until moist enough to make balls.
    Place dressing balls in baking pan for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 25 average size balls.
