Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. softened butter
3 1/4 oz. pkg. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 large can sliced peaches, drain and reserve juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. reserved juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, softened butter and pudding mix in a large bowl. Beat 2 minutes.
Pour into pan.
Place the peaches over the batter. Combine the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved juice.
Beat 2 minutes.
Spoon to 1-inch of edge of batter.
Combine the cinnamon and sugar.
Sprinkle over the cream cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Store in refrigerator.
