Banana-Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick soft butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat butter or margarine until fluffy.
Gradually add sugar and eggs, one at a time, beating hard after each one.
Add vanilla.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt together.
Add alternately with sour cream.
Add bananas and nuts.
Mix just until blended.
Pour into greased or floured pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
