Silver Queen Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh cut silver queen corn (approximately 3 ears)
    3 c. whipping cream
    6 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
    Add corn and pulse until finely chopped.
    Place in colander; drain 1 hour. Combine corn and remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Pour corn mixture into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until set.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
