Pork Chops-N-Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
seasoned salt
1 c. celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. hash browns, thawed
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation

Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes.
Layer the pork chops on top of potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
After baking, set the pork chops to the side and add the cheese and the French fried onions to the top of the potatoes.
Bake the potatoes for five more minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve with the pork chops.
