Spiced Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines moist deluxe spice cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 c. diced apples (yellow Delicious or Granny Smith)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with mixer for 2 minutes.
Stir in apples, nuts and raisins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool completely.
Serves 12 to 16. Frost with Duncan Hines vanilla frosting.
