Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2+ heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. milk (3/4 c. condensed milk, 1/4 c. water)
    2+ heaping Tbsp. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cocoa in 3-quart or larger saucepan.
    Add milk and bring to boil.
    Don't stir this mixture too much, just enough to get sugar/cocoa dissolved.
    Boil for 8 minutes, no longer, no shorter.
    Stir only 5 or 6 times during this 8 minutes, stirring from the bottom up.
    Remove from heat.
    Add peanut butter, vanilla and butter, stirring until creamy.
    Pour into buttered jelly roll pan or other buttered dish.
