Overnight French Toast Cut-Outs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 slices bread
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Spread butter evenly over bottom of jelly roll pan.
    Cut centers out of bread with 2-inch cookie cutters.
    Arrange bread and cut-outs in single layer
    in pan.
    Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar and salt in bowl.
    Pour over bread, tilting pan to spread liquid in an even layer.
    Refrigerate covered overnight.
    To cook, preheat oven to 425\u00b0; uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
    Flip toast over and bake until browned.
