Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen corn
1/2 or whole pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3/4 stick oleo
1 small box Velveeta cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers (don't substitute)
3/4 stick oleo, melted
Preparation

Cook vegetables; drain.
Add 3/4 stick oleo and small box of Velveeta cheese; stir until melted.
Crush Ritz crackers.
Add melted oleo.
Put corn mixture in casserole dish and sprinkle cracker mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
