Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped mushroom stems
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1 lb. crab meat
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    paprika
    dash of Old Bay seasoning
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms in cold water; dry.
    Remove and chop stems. Blend flour and seasonings into butter.
    Add cream gradually. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
    Add mushroom stems, parsley and sherry.
    Mix well.
    Stir in crab meat.
    Stuff mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake on greased baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for
    15 minutes.
