Clams Zuppa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large cans Contadina crushed tomatoes, puree
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can water
    1/4 tsp. red crushed pepper
    15 small quahaugs
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to rapid boil.
    Wash quahaugs and add to sauce.
    Bring to boil and then simmer approximately 30 minutes with lid on.
    Pour over linguini.
