Fried Zucchini(Italian Squash) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    Italian squash
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash zucchini; peel and slice into 1/4-inch slices.
    Beat egg slightly with milk.
    Dip squash in egg mixture, then in flour and fry in deep, hot oil until lightly browned.
    Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with cheese.
    Serve with meal.
