Six Weeks Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) medium box Raisin Bran
    3 c. white sugar
    5 tsp. soda
    5 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, blend oil, eggs and buttermilk.
    Add Raisin Bran cereal.
    Let stand until cereal softens.
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    Add to liquid and mix well.
    Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Mixture can be kept covered in refrigerator 6 weeks.
    Do not freeze batter.
