Orange Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin
1 (8 oz.) carton nondairy whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation

Drain the juices from the fruit into a saucepan.
Heat to boiling point and remove from heat.
Mix in the gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
When the gelatin has cooled, stir in the fruits, whipped topping and cottage cheese.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
