Creamy Cocoa Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine; press onto bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan.
Combine softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa and vanilla, mixing with electric mixer until well blended.
Blend in eggs; pour into crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar
and vanilla; carefully spread over cheesecake. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Cool; remove rim.
Chill.
