Babe'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. peeled, cut tart apples
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. walnuts
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Stir together flour, wheat germ, soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; set aside.
