Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 to 2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans (undrained)
3 tsp. instant minced onions
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. red wine
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Crumble beef into a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.
Cook on High until cooked through.
Add remaining ingredients; stir.
Cover and microwave on High (until temperature reaches 190\u00b0) approximately 40 to 45 minutes.
Stir chili and rotate dish halfway through cooking.
After cooking, let stand 10 minutes to blend flavors.
