Cranberry Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 cups fresh whole cranberries (one 8 oz. package) pitted dates, chopped
    3 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts
    2 eggs
    lemon flavoring
    3/4 cup sugar, add gradually
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Combine cranberries, dates and nuts.
    Beat eggs and lemon flavoring.
    Gradually add sugar until all is fluffy.
    Add nuts and fruit to beaten sugar mixture. Fold in dry ingredients.
    Line 2 1/2 inch paper liners into a muffin pan.
    Press mixture into pan liners.
    Bake at 300 degrees 45 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 15 minutes and store in refrigerator or freezer.
