Texas Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chili meat
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 cans tomato soup
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of cooking oil.
    Add onion.
    When meat is brown, cover with water and simmer covered for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and thicken with 1 tablespoon flour dissolved in 1/2 cup water. Continue cooking until thickened.
    Add cooked beans, if desired.
