Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated raw potato
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. light cream or half and half
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. grated onions
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix potatoes, eggs, flour, cream, salt and onions. In skillet, melt butter.
    Drop potato mixture by heaping tablespoons into skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides. Add butter to skillet as needed.
