Mashed Potato Casserole(Makes 12 To 15 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until soft.
    With mixer, beat cream cheese and sour cream.
    Add potatoes gradually.
    Beat until smooth.
    Beat in garlic salt and pepper.
    Turn mixture into a buttered shallow 3 or 4-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with lid or foil.
