Indiana Wood Chuck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    4 to 8 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 can pimentos
Preparation
    Cook together as for white sauce; add tomato soup, cheese, mushrooms and pimentos.
    Simmer slowly until peppers are tender. Add 4 to 8 hard-boiled eggs.
    Serve over chow mein noodles or whatever.
