Ingredients

fillo dough sheets
butter and sugar
raspberry jam
whipped cream

Preparation

Brush dough with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Fold and repeat until you have 8 to 10 sheets.
Cut into slices.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
Let cool.
Brush with jam.
Spread one with cream, top with another slice.
