Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white flour
4 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. Crisco
3/4 to 1 c. milk or water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Rub in shortening with fingertips or cut in with two knives.
Add liquid and mix to a soft dough. Toss on slightly floured board, pat into shape and cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake 15 minutes in hot oven (450\u00b0).
