Country-Style Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 whole chicken breasts (split)
2/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green parsley
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic salt. Dip chicken pieces in butter. Set remaining butter aside. Roll chicken in bread crumbs.
Place chicken, skin up, in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. To leftover butter, add wine, onion and parsley.
Pour over baked chicken. Bake 2 to 3 minutes more.
