Rosy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced (2 1/2 c.)
    1 Tbsp. parsley (fresh or dried)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.
    Stir in flour and salt until blended.
    Gradually add milk.
    Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
    Reduce heat.
    Add potatoes, parsley and paprika; heat through. Yield: 5 servings.
