German Struddle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 cup water
    3 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    onions and butter
Preparation
    Mix the above add enough flour to make a stiff dough. knead well.
    Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
    Divide the dough into 2 balls.
    Roll out as thin as possible.
    Spread with melted butter and and saute onions.
    Stretch and then roll up, cut into 2 inch pieces.
    Put on top of meat like ribs or steak.
    Cover and steam for 45 minutes.
    This is a complete meal.
