Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 T. oregano
1 t. onion salt
1 t. garlic
Party rye bread
Preparation

Cook hamburger and sausage in a skillet until done; drain. Add cheese to meat mixture and heat until cheese is melted. Mix well. Spoon 1 teaspoon of meat and cheese mixture on party rye bread. Place under broiler until bread is crispy. Great as an appetizer.
