Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked and mashed butternut squash
    1/4 lb. margarine, melted
    ginger to taste (1/2 to 1 tsp.)
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine the above ingredients and place in a buttered casserole. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, 45 minutes.
    Yields 1 small casserole.
