Turkey Sausage Strata - cooking recipe

12 slices white bread, cubed (8 c.)
4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. thawed cholesterol-free egg product
3 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cut broccoli, thawed
1 jar sliced pimento, drained
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Layer bread, Mozzarella cheese, sausage, onion, broccoli and pimento in baking dish.
In medium bowl, combine egg product, milk, salt and mustard; blend well.
Pour over sausage mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Uncover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 70 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 12 servings.
